The ZGC series vibrating feeder, commonly known as a feeder, is used in the production process to evenly and continuously or quantitatively transport bulk, granular, and powdery materials from storage bins to crushing equipment. It can also perform pre-screening of materials when required. Powdery and small materials are automatically discharged through gaps. The vibrating feeder series is characterized by large processing capacity, smooth operation without blockages, low noise during operation, and convenient installation and maintenance.
Suitable for feeding operations across various industries. The lining on the grate can be removed to facilitate pre-screening of materials.
The vibration force can be adjusted by changing the relative angle of the eccentric blocks, allowing easy control of the feed rate. The vibration is stable and reliable, and the equipment can operate normally in rainy weather without material blockage.
The straightforward design makes operation and maintenance convenient, effectively reducing production costs and labor intensity.
Available in multiple models and customizable according to requirements: non-leakage type, leakage type, full leakage type, dual-purpose type, suspended transfer type, for bin use, and for external use.
