The YK vibrating screen, also known as the circular vibrating screen, is widely used in industries such as sand and gravel aggregate, metal mining, coal, chemical, and power generation. It is suitable for screening operations with feed sizes ≤200mm and grading sizes from 3mm to 70mm. This series of circular vibrating screens utilizes advanced ring groove rivet connection (to avoid welding stress), thin oil lubrication exciters, and external eccentric blocks. It features a simple and reasonable structure, with stable and reliable performance. The screen has advantages including high processing capacity (with a maximum output of 1000 tons per hour per unit), effective screening, low noise during operation, and easy installation, maintenance, and upkeep.

Adjustable amplitude, with exciters connected via universal joint couplings, offering flexibility in installation and replacement and long service life.
