The VSI High-Efficiency Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is a product developed by our company based on the practical needs of domestic sand production, with multiple technical improvements. It is designed for medium and fine crushing of various hard and brittle materials such as concrete aggregates. Its unique rotor structure design (suitable for both hard rock shaping and sand making), wear-resistant material technology, optimized crushing speed, and hydraulic design meet the needs of modern sand and gravel production. It is especially suitable for providing high-quality sand and gravel aggregates for high-rise buildings, highways (railways), municipal projects, large water conservancy facilities, concrete mixing stations, and many other fields. The specialized rotor design for sand making and shaping allows for easy conversion. Removing the surrounding protective plates can be used for hard rock shaping, producing cubic-shaped products and greatly reducing flakiness; with the surrounding protective plates installed, it is suitable for hard rock sand making, providing well-graded sand with adjustable fineness modulus.

The rational design of the material impact angle in the crushing chamber reduces energy consumption and operating costs while increasing production by 30%. The thin oil lubrication station with dual oil pumps provides complementary oil supply. The equipment automatically shuts down in the absence of oil flow or pressure, and the oil cooling and heating device ensures continuous optimal lubrication of the bearings, extending maintenance cycles and service life. Adjustable surrounding protective plates enhance material utilization and increase the service life by over 30%. The diamond-shaped impact blocks and additional secondary hammer heads minimize wear on the impact plates.
