The tire-type mobile crushing station is primarily used for demolition sites in urban areas for the crushing and recycling of construction waste. However, due to its high level of integration and strong mobility, it is also frequently used in other industries where the crushing site needs to follow the material, such as in mining ore crushing, construction waste recycling, aggregate production, and highway, railway, and bridge construction.
The tire-type mobile crushing station consists of several components besides the mobile chassis: construction waste crushing equipment, construction waste screening equipment, magnetic separators, control equipment, power sources (motors), feeding equipment, and belt conveyors. The construction waste crushing equipment can vary based on the main components and size of the construction waste, with commonly used types including jaw crushers, impact crushers, cone crushers, and vertical shaft impact crushers.
